Job Responsibilities:

As a Provisioning Manager at Voice Central, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:

1. Processing wireless internet orders promptly and accurately.

2. Managing billing for our VOIP opportunities with precision and attention to detail.

3. Coordinating with AT&T to order internet services for our clients.

4. Requesting and meticulously tracking port dates for VOIP orders.

5. Collaborating closely with our sales team to receive orders and promptly report any rejections.

Requirements:

We're seeking an applicant who possesses the following qualities:

- Exceptional multitasking abilities.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
