We are looking for a full-time office assistant.
We are a Construction company, and are willing to train the right person; however, prior experience is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
Send follow up emails, make follow up phone calls.
Perform general office functions including answering phones, email, filing, scheduling, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.
Created customer files and prepare permit packages and assist with permit processing, contact building departments and follow up with status.
Write estimates and do Reports
Update customer and logs.
Assist upper management with various business-related tasks.
Report daily successes and challenges to Supervisor.
Permit Processing Experience a Plus
MUST HAVE:
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must!
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, & Excel.
Must be on time 8:30am -5:00pm (Monday - Friday).
Must be Energetic
Team work
Have Self initiative
Be able to work in a high pace office.
