Movie Prop Rentals is looking for a friendly and welcoming front desk office assistant with excellent English communication and writing skills.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining files and office, helping customers, creating invoices.
Rate is $16/hour +, depending on experience. Please call to schedule an interview Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm eastern time at (305) 696-6699 . Anyone calling outside these hours will not be considered.
Requirements:
-Excellent Communication Skills (English), both verbal and written
-Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), DropBox, general computer skills
-Organized and Neat
-Mac computer experience a plus.
-Responsible people only.
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be legal to work in the US, with proper ID
Must submit to background check and drug screening.
ONLY CALL AFTER 9am AND BEFORE 4pm (any callers during ANY OTHER time will be disqualified and not considered)
