Job Title: ACA Representative (Licensed)
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation: Hourly wage plus bonus structure
Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed ACA Representative to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. As an ACA Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with understanding and navigating the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and related healthcare options. This position involves educating individuals on ACA requirements, helping them select appropriate healthcare plans, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an INBOUND ONLY office.
Key Responsibilities:
-Educate clients on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and its implications.
-Assist clients in understanding healthcare options available under ACA.
-Guide clients through the process of selecting appropriate healthcare plans based on their needs.
-Answer client inquiries and provide information regarding ACA regulations and compliance.
-Ensure compliance with all ACA guidelines and regulations in client interactions.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
-Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
-Stay informed about changes and updates in ACA policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
-Active ACA license and FFM Certification is required.
-Strong understanding of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and related healthcare regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Previous experience in customer service or healthcare-related roles is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in using relevant software and applications.
-Adaptability to a flexible work schedule.
