Skillset / Experience: Network Engineer

• Results-driven Network Engineer with 4+ years expertise deploying and maintaining LAN and WAN infrastructure.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills suited to manage teams to track and troubleshoot problems and improve performance.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a strong track record of accurately conducting system repairs and troubleshooting.
• Exceptional planning, project management and communication talents.

Key Skills & Strengths:

• Able to identify physical or logical issues in a networked environment.
• VOIP experience is a must
• Cisco equipment familiarity (CLI).
• DNS and DHCP implementation.
• Hands on with Linux and Unix
• IPv4 and IPv6 addressing structure.
• Networking protocols expertise (routing and switching).
• Security architecture and technologies.
• Enterprise Wi-Fi management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex IT processes in simple words.
• Innate leadership. Adept at leading & managing small teams.
• Able to give and receive instructions effectively.
• Able to present information and respond to questions from management, co-workers, customers, vendors, staff and team members.
• Expert on time management and prioritization, especially for on-going projects.
• High adaptability to any change and quick learner.
• General networking and routing
• Wireshark/Packet Captures
• FAX
• PSTN/Telephony
• Will be hands on providing support for the company's products
