RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Daytona Beach, FL that is seeking a Mobile/iPhone Refresh Consultant.Responsibilities: iPhone, iOS Lifecycle Refresh inTune MDM; Updating with Verizon and some other systems The Mobile/iPhone Refresh Consultant will provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically As a Mobile/iPhone Refresh Consultant, you will track customer issues and resolutions, escalate where/when necessaryREQUIREMENTS: Excellent customer service skills; Ability to build rapport with clients Prior mobile/iPhone and iOS support experience, with a background in Desktop and Application Support (Hardware Replacement, Windows Upgrades, PC Refresh, etc.) Experience supporting MS Environments Prior experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting iOS and Apple iPhones Flexibility; Working hours outside of business hoursThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
