A small e-commerce store is looking for an office assistant who is a positive, self-motivated, and reliable.
Core Requirements:
Excellent email etiquette, spelling, and grammar.
Conflict resolution (though it's rare that we get an irate customer)
Answer customer phone calls and emails throughout the day.
Solve customer issues with ordering, shipping, cancellations, and changes.
Compensation: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses and commissions.
Job Requirements:
1. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
2. Good computer skills.
3. High school diploma. (Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred - but not required)
Weekly day range: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Experience: Not necessary - We provide on-the-job training
Work location: In person
Additional notes: We are located off of Alico and US 41. Our office is non smoking, non vaping, drama free and drug free. Fast paced, small office missing only one very good all around office person - who is sharp, friendly, articulate, versatile, flexible and hardworking.
