Laborer - Pool Construction

Elements Pools and Spas is a pool contractor with projects on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Sarasota and Lido Key. We are seeking a Laborer to join our team in a full time capacity to work on new pool construction projects.

Construction experience recommended but willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced environment. This is a field position working outdoors and is physically demanding. Please do not apply if you cannot speak Spanish or have ability to pull trailer

Responsibilities:

Must have experience pulling 20 ft + trailers

Driving crew and materials from jobsite to jobsite in timely manner

Manual labor associated with building a new pool- digging, setting plumbing, grading

Assist project manager to build pool according to site plan

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Bilingual

Clean Driving Record, ability to drive company vehicle safely
