The Property Specialist is responsible for traveling to company owned investment properties throughout the Jacksonville area. Appointments scheduled at investment properties most often require the property specialist to photograph the property, upload the photos to the company database via smartphone, document the property's details, assess the property's condition, and/or meet potential clients at the property. No real estate experience is required. All training is to be provided by the company.

Requirements

Own a smartphone with working camera

Have a reliable source of transportation to take same day requests

Be outgoing and approachable

Dress in business casual attire

Be okay with frequent travel throughout the metro area

Responsibilities

Cultivate & maintain high level client relationships

Commute to company owned investment properties

Take photo shoots of interior space of residences ensuring to capture the flow of the space

Meet with potential clients at investment properties

Editing and manipulating photos for lighting, contrast, and watermarks
