RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Director of Digital Salesforce Platforms in Davie, FL.Strategic Alignment Duties: The IT Director of Digital Salesforce Platform will partner with business leaders to create a Salesforce Digital Strategy and Product Roadmap units and applications to keep the company innovative and deliver on key business strategic priorities; Provide a point of view on key technical issues and opportunities Partner with business units and provide engineering insight on solution design Define key business challenges and needs in the Salesforce platform development practice; Define strategic goals for the evolution and growth of team, research and implement best practices, and foster culture of continuous improvement Continue to evolve foundational platform tools and practices to improve and expedite software development, such as: DevOps technologies, Packaged applications, integration frameworks, security protocols, code and build management tools, etc. Prepares key technical inputs for steering committee level and strategic planning sessions and actively participates during these session The IT Director of Digital Salesforce Platform will partner closely with Business and Application Portfolio leads to align on objectives and programs and ensure adequate delivery against KPIsSalesforce Platform Development & SDLC Duties: Delivers secure platform, development solutions using the latest industry standards and tools, following coding templates and reusable patterns to ensure quality, maintainable, extendable and reusable deliverables The IT Director of Digital Salesforce Platform delivers high quality out of the box configuration, coding solutions, including QA automation Establishes matrixes and measurements for quality development Support multiple methodologies - primarily Agile and WaterfallREQUIREMENTS: Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field 10+ years of progressive Salesforce software engineering and technology management experience with 3+ years of experience in an established leadership role overseeing large scale IT budgets and initiatives 5+ years of experience in product management, developing products, creating product roadmaps, and leading product managers 5+ years of experience successfully managing, leading and developing a team of technical professionals required 3+ years of experience developing corporate policy and procedure in regards to software engineering/development Gaming and/or Hospitality industry experience preferred Experience deploying and managing packaged application implementations (i.e. Salesforce, etc.) Depth in Salesforce Product Management and leading teams salesforce developers, BAs, & PMs Experience developing, implementing and supporting Salesforce software solutions from the ground up, end to end Knowledge of product management and roadmap development Knowledge of the software development policies, procedures, and practices Knowledge of end-to-end product life cycle from conception to delivery to ongoing operations Knowledge of Salesforce development concepts .NET Core & Web Services, C#, SQL experience preferred Knowledge of Cloud platforms preferred (Azure, AWS) Knowledge of Project Management and Testing tools (MS Project, JIRA, Selenium, SOAP UI tools desirable) Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Development methodologies, and project managementKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
