IMMEDIATELY HIRING EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIANS
FL-Air Heating & Cooling is a rapidly growing HVAC company located in Lutz servicing Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties and is currently immediately hiring experienced service technicians.
Service Technician must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a residential service technician, strong customer service skills, goal oriented, self motivated and driven to perform at an exceptional level. Must have all necessary hand tools and strong troubleshooting skills. Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Commercial service technician experience a plus, but not a requirement.
Pay based on experience - up to $150k annually. Up to $3,500.00 signing bonus offered after 90 days.
Commission and bonus pay offered.
Additional benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
