IMMEDIATELY HIRING EXPERIENCED HVAC LEAD INSTALLERS & INSTALL HELPERS

FL-Air Heating & Cooling is a rapidly growing HVAC company located in Lutz servicing Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties and is currently immediately hiring lead installers and install helpers.

Lead Installer must have 3+ years HVAC install experience, trade school diploma and EPA certification preferred but not required, strong customer service skills, clean driving record and criminal background check, must have all necessary hand tools and strong troubleshooting skills.

Helper must have 2+ years of experience assisting lead installer and be able to perform various tasks to assist in the successful installation of HVAC equipment. Strong customer service skills, a clean driving record and criminal background check required.

Pay based on experience. $3,500.00 retention bonus offered after 90 days for lead installers.

Commission and bonus pay offered.

We provide company vehicle for Lead Installer.
