One of the largest Home Improvement chain in the nation, Home Depot has given us the opportunity to ask their client to do surveys about their water, helping us generate $10,000,000 in sales this year. Job responsibilities are as follows:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct Initial Training

Motivate Retail Marketers

Schedule Staff

Complete hire paperwork weekly/daily

Complete personal production weekly with a required minimum

Supervise all employee with their work performance

Attend weekly meetings/ conference call

Establish relationship with our partners in business

Inventory

Compensation: Salary + Commission (up to $50k total annual income)

Hours: 50 hr. work week

Requirements:

- High School Diploma/ Some college degree

- Some marketing and business adminstration experience is a plus

- Must be highly motivated, energetic, organized, and driven.

- Must be able to travel and have transportation

- 2 yrs. of previous supervisory or management experience necessary
