Join our team at Renzo's Steakhouse as Head Chef!
We are seeking a passionate and experienced culinary professional to take on the role of Head Chef at Renzo's Steakhouse. If you have a solid culinary background and demonstrated leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all kitchen activities.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety throughout the kitchen.
Manage food inventory and effectively control costs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in leadership roles in the kitchen.
Deep knowledge of culinary techniques and gastronomic trends.
Ability to effectively manage and lead a kitchen team,
With Spanish language skills preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Food safety certification is desirable.
