Are you tired of working super late nights? With irritating bosses bothering you and micromanaging everything you do?

We're a small up-and-coming neighborhood bar in Altamonte Springs, looking to have the right person step in and help grow the bar to its full potential. We are Looking for someone to take over all management duties over, as we have several other businesses to also focus on. Once the bar becomes profitable, you would have the opportunity to become at least half owner with zero investment whatsoever, we just simply need help getting it to profit.

We are also willing and capable of investing what we need to to help make that happen although the bar is already remodeled and very nice if you look at our reviews online

We need someone that doesn't make excuses, is a natural leader and communicator, and very responsible and reliable. We need someone that will consistently show up and shine.

Ideal candidate should possess:

Strong organizational skills

Effective and professional oral communication skills and likeability

Food/bar service experience- flexible as we only serve beer and wine

Desire for leading and taking accountability of bar operations

Maintains a neat and presentable appearance and good personal hygiene

Forward thinker and communicator

Ability to be able to lift up to 50 lbs
