Front Desk Agent / Fitness Attendant for Spa in Coconut Grove

I am a hands-on, motivated Spa Director assembling my team, servicing a wonderful group of residents at a luxury residential building in Coconut Grove.

I am looking for high-quality team members who can work autonomously. Together we will grow the spa and fitness services, with the goal of making our residents happy every day.

This Front Desk position is also responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of our Fitness Facility. Someone who is savvy with gym equipment and/or personal training is preferred, but definitely not required.

Your attitude is the most important criteria for succeeding at this job. You will interface with our residents from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, and it is imperative that the person we hire is able to greet each resident with a smile, have a positive presence and be able to handle issues and complaints on their own.

This position has the primary responsibility of opening the Spa & Fitness area on Sunday mornings, opening at 6am. The second shift is Tuesday afternoons, from 2pm-8pm. There is also the potential for you to pick up a Saturday shift and other days during the week, based on your preference and availability.

$15/hour. Free Parking. Location in Coconut Grove.
