Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our established legal firm and be part of a great team. This position is permanent and offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all areas of Family Law, including divorce, custody, mediation, and child support. The individual must have a strong passion for family law with a minimum of six years of experience in the field. Fluent in Spanish a plus.

As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Representing clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including divorce, child custody, child support, and mediation.

2. Conducting thorough case analysis and developing strategic plans for the proceedings.

3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and marital settlement agreements.

4. Advocating for clients' rights and best interests in court and ensuring that they are fully informed about the legal process.

5. Collaborating with legal staff and other attorneys to ensure a seamless client experience.

6. Providing compassionate and practical legal advice to clients during difficult times.
