Qualification/Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.

Fluent in Spanish

Jewelry experience preferred

An exceptional relationship builder.

Ability to build rapport with your team and our customers

Skilled in leadership, coaching, training, sales generation, customer service, communication, conflict resolution, and time management.

Demonstrate the highest level of respect to guests and Team Members always displaying integrity and honesty

Ability to achieve outstanding sales performance and to lead and train by example.

Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude to inspire and motivate others to achieve and attain goals.

Excellent planning, organizational, delegation, and follow-up skills.

Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Must be able to provide feedback, develop others, embrace, and lead change, and make clear and defined decisions.

Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Contributes to an environment of total guest satisfaction by making the guest’s needs a priority.

Monitoring store performance.

Close Communications with the owners.

The position will be cultivating and maintain a family atmosphere of teamwork

Establishes a positive, professional results-oriented work atmosphere.

Training and maintaining procedures for sales staff.

Maintains the neatness and cleanliness of the sales floor, office, windows, and storage areas.

Effectively delegates assignments and follows up to verify completion. Provides assistance and training as necessary.

Conducts regular store meetings to keep Team Members well-informed about all upcoming special events (i.e., promotional events, jewelry events, etc.) and promotions. Executes the necessary planning and preparation to guarantee the success of those events.
