We’re looking for someone proactive, with strong communication skills, and a high-level of common sense to fill this role. The personal assistant will offer support across all areas of personal and business, including personal paperwork, personal organization, personal and business communications, business office administration, and other dynamic duties all delivered with a smile.
Daily Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between outside people and the Owner
Answer phone calls and emails, take messages and track follow ups as needed
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Take accurate and comprehensive notes
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Help with daily time management and work flow
Run errands as requested
Handle one-off requests and special projects with complete ownership of the task
Source office supplies, automobile parts, and household items online
Produce reports and tracking logs
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy a must, experience with online selling a plus but not required
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Strong time-management and organization skills
MS Office and G Suite proficiency
English, fluent or native speaker required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School degree
Specifications
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Must live locally to Fort Lauderdale, On-Site Role
Hourly, starting at $15+, depending on experience
