Custom Cabinetry Installer - Punch/Svc Technician

Prominent Naples Kitchen & Bath Design firm has an immediate, Full-Time 1099 SUB-CONTRACTOR opportunity for an experienced, High-End Installer / Finish/Touch up Technician to join our Installation Team.

Previous High End Cabinetry Installation, Service and touch up/lite refinishing experience will be REQUIRED to do this job.

Compensation: (45-55.00) / hour, based on Experience, Skill level & Tooling

- Plus Mileage and Liability Insurance reimbursement

This job will be 75% Punch out/Touch ups /lite refinishing and 25% Installation and Service.

Punch/out, Touch-up and Service experience should include:

- Touch-up and lite refinishing at the end of the job, to fix minor imperfections and damage done during and after installation.

- Adjustments to doors and drawers after installation to even out gaps.

- Service work on already completed jobs.

Installation experience must include:

- Interpreting Plan layout, Installation including multi-step crown installation, appliance panel installation and scribing panels, fillers, etc. to the walls / floors.

Must be tooled up, have reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van), and be willing to do what it takes to meet & exceed client expectations. Must be Email, and Smartphone Savvy

May work independently, or with other installers, depending on the job/installation size.
