The name of the system was branded by Client as Content Central and is a SAAS system called a DAM. User base is estimated at 69,175 worldwide. Team enters reusable assets including images, design files and metadata. Content Central uploads are estimated at approximately 20,000 files per year. The team troubleshoots issues for users worldwide regarding file retrieval or downloads. Audits and closely monitors system access for internal and external users.Ongoing ResponsibilitiesEnsure all metadata for image and illustration rights is entered into filesEnsure all necessary components are included with submitted filesCreate PDFs for system thumbnails or convert PDFs to ADOBE filesLiaise with agencies on file receiptReconcile reports to ensure all files are uploaded into GLOBE systemProvide user support in multiple countries; overcome language obstaclesProvide new-user access and site usability training as neededStandardize metadata and taxonomy for asset entryPerform file retrieval for user inquiriesMust-have requirements:MLS: Masters in Library ScienceCustomer service experience in a technical or systems environmentKnowledge of Macintosh (MACs), Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with digital asset management systemsDetail-oriented with a strong technical aptitudeStrong problem-solving and analytical skills demonstrating tenacityExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with managing asset library and associated metadataIdeal Candidates Would Also Have:Pharmaceutical or Health Care industry experience a plusOther qualifications:Library Science or Information Systems degree preferredExperience working in corporate or business environmentAptitude for business process and systemsProficient with MACs, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative SuiteAdditional Job Requirements:NoneWhy work with us - At Net2Source, we believe everyone has an opportunity to lead.
