Receptionist for a Condo Association in Homestead
I am looking for a dynamic and energetic receptionist with experience in property management or office setting. Must be able to multi-task, keep cool under pressure, understand and apply office procedures, and be a team player.
Part Time /
Salary- $19/hr.
Normal Working Hours- Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 Am ( 16 Hours). Minimal overtime hours are required.
Requirements-
Building Link experience is a Plus.
Bilingual- English and Spanish.
one year experience in property management or working in a professional office setting
Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Able to understand and communicate with others
Able to take clear and accurate phone calls in a professional manner
Able to take the initiative, run a front desk and work independently
Able to set up meeting rooms when needed
Maintain office and break room inventory and order supplies when needed
File Management, both electronically and paper
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, including but not limited to certified mail and FedEx envelopes. Familiarization with stamps.com is helpful
Able to send professionally worded emails
Faxing, scanning, emailing, copying, etc.
Other duties as assigned on a case-by-case basis
