Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent Office Work

We're a privately owned Commercial Real Estate Development and Management Company and we're looking for a Part-Time Leasing Agent in the West Hollywood/West Park area. Looking for someone for 2 to 3 days a week, will eventually lead to full-time. $20 Hourly.

Skills:

Oral and written communication skills

Budget analysis capability

Highly organized and great analytical skills

Problem Solver

Ability to read and understand P&L Statements

Understanding of Commercial Leases and Operations

Position Requirements:

Requires a minimum of 1 year of Property Management experience (Not mandatory)

Proficient in PC, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Pass a drug and background check

We're a established company with over 30-years experience.

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday

Salary: Negotiable
