Job Description:As a Chief Systems Engineer – Intel & Cyber you will work to expand our in-house semiconductor research and development efforts and capabilities. This role will allow you shape the process development, sustainment, and improvement of semiconductor processing. This opportunity is at the core of a new technology area and our client is looking for innovative researchers and operators to develop, grow, and transition from lab development to a high-volume production environment. Essential Functions:
- Manage technical subject matter experts through regular interactions, development of technical documentation and coordinating design review activities.
- Generate and review Subcontractor statements of work and requirements.
- Assist with the development of top-level specification and manage requirement flow down to lower-level specifications.
- Manage technical risks and opportunities with internal and external customers; work with technical team to identify, mitigate and close program risks.
- Ability to lead teams in the role of Chief Systems Engineer (CSE) from development through production.
- Ability to interface with Customer organization to drive understanding, agreement, closure though formal documentation of the technical baseline.
- Own the technical baseline and drive execution of the program.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
- Current TS/SCI Security Clearance or above; ship required.
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience on development programs including requirements derivation and risk management.
- Experience with subcontractor statements of work (SOW) and requirements generation
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- Active TS/SCI with FS Poly
- Experience with manufacturing processes and tools
- 5+ Years Chief Systems Engineer experience on large development and manufacturing programs
- 5+ years of Semiconductor Fabrication Clean Room Experience
- Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
- Experience with DOORS, Jama, or equivalent requirements management software
