Car wash Partner Responsibilities and Duties

1. Washing and Detailing Vehicles: Car wash employees must use appropriate cleaning products and techniques to clean the exterior and interior of vehicles thoroughly. This may include hand-washing, pressure washing, vacuuming, and applying wax or polish.

2. Operating Equipment: Car wash employees must be trained to safely operate various types of equipment used in the car wash, such as pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and air compressors. They must also perform routine maintenance on the equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to management.

3. Providing Customer Service: Car wash employees must greet customers promptly, explain the different wash packages and services, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints. They should also be courteous, respectful, and professional in all interactions with customers.

4. Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Car wash employees are responsible for keeping the car wash area clean and organized. They must sweep, mop, and wipe down equipment and surfaces to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment. They must also follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear when working with chemicals or equipment.

5. Upselling Services: Car wash employees should be knowledgeable about all the services offered by the car wash and should be able to make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences. They should also be comfortable with upselling additional services to customers, such as waxing, polishing, or detailing.

6. Handling Cash and Credit Transactions: Car wash employees may be responsible for processing cash and credit card payments, providing change, and issuing receipts. They must also keep accurate records of all transactions and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

7. Performing Routine Maintenance: Car wash employees must perform routine maintenance on the equipment, such as checking fluid levels, changing filters, and cleaning or replacing nozzles. They must also keep the facility clean and organized, including emptying trash bins and restocking supplies.

8. Keeping Records: Car wash employees must keep accurate records of all services performed on each vehicle, including the wash package chosen, any upsells or additional services requested, and any customer feedback or complaints.

9. Following Company Policies: Car wash employees must follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and behavior guidelines. They must also attend training sessions and meetings as required by management.
