RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager in Juno Beach, FL.Essential Functions: User interface to ServiceNow Expand/develop the ServiceNow catalog to meet user needs Business Analyst/Project Manager will build catalog forms to expand user experience Configure ServiceNow to capture proper attributes to fulfil business processes Help define and implement Policy/Process/Procedures Define and implement workflow and automationMeet with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements: Determine the most effective way to transition non-standard IT business processes/requirements into standardized processes and technical requirements that adhere to newly established policies and framework Help stakeholders understand the benefits As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will create designs/wireframes to obtain customer and UI/UX sign-off before DEV work begins Perform UAT and provide detailed feedback to developers Adhere to aggressive release cycle to facilitate continuous improvement of ITSM delivery capabilities Test and validate release changes Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow automation capabilities to reduce manual tasks, ticket resolution time, and ticket volume, as well as to enforce policies and best practicesManage project plans: Work with development team to ensure work is assigned properly and will delivered on time Business Analyst/Project Managers manage development schedule Facilitate team meeting Work with a development team approximately 6 resourcesREQUIREMENTS: Experience in ServiceNow and ITIL Experience working in ServiceNow, following ITSM/ITIL best practices and design, performing UAT, creating reports for identifying improvement opportunities or broken business processes Experience managing customer expectations, including enforcing policies and standards when necessary Experience obtaining IT business requirements and translating/documenting for technical implementation Experience performing thorough UAT to ensure all requirements are implemented correctly Jira project plans Workflow design UI/UX experience Strong stakeholder communication skills - including listening, documenting, interpreting, leading, following up, etc. Ability to manage multiple priorities to keep things moving forward in parallel Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
