Business Analyst

Business Analyst We are seeking a Business Analyst for a client in the Orlando, Florida area. This engagement will be 12 months with the opportunity to go much longer. This role will require an individual who has written stories in either Salesforce or ServiceNow.

Required Skills:

• Salesforce or ServiceNow experience
• Agile Environment
• Leadership
• Scrum Master
• Excellent Communication
• Previous proven experience with enterprise level clients
• High levels of organization and attention to detail
• Proven ability to synthesize, organize, and calculate large quantities of data in Microsoft
• Excel, AirTable, and other spreadsheet/data platforms
• Experience translating data-driven insights and business analytics into visually
