Bilingual (Spanish) Leasing Consultant

Currently seeking an experienced and bilingual Leasing Agent for work at an apartment community in Cape Coral. This is a temporary position is being offered through our staffing agency and can start right away.

Must have strong customer service skills, bubbly personality, while being professional. Duties include answering phones, greeting current/future residents, taking maintenance requests, showing apartments, posting rent payments and other office duties. Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, basic Excel).

Mon-Fri, some weekends included, hours between 9a-6p, $18-$19 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual in Spanish with verbal and written communication skills.

Must be reliable and ready to work, have reliable transportation and able to pass a local and national background check.
