RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an AMS ITSM Developer.Summary:In this role, the AMS ITSM Developer will create value for the application support organization and its key internal stakeholders by ensuring reliable, cost effective, and optimized business operations. The AMS ITSM Developer will be responsible for reviewing and executing system enhancement requests, while also working alongside other technical resources to advance our systems for current and future cross functional capabilities. Responsibilities: Perform in-depth system and process analysis and recommend quantifiable solutions for task elimination and automation Design, develop, and implement automated, streamlined processes that are easy to maintain and scale Subject matter expert of our core ITSM systems, integrations, and dependencies Intake, manage, and implement system enhancement requests leveraging scripting tools and all ServiceNow components (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Request, Catalog, Knowledge, etc.) Adhere to ServiceNow best-practices related to development, testing, code promotion, upgrades, and cloning Work closely with stakeholders to align on requirements and execute necessary workflow or system changes Identify areas to support automation between core technologies Co-create roadmaps for platform capabilities to share with process owners and stakeholders Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies Participate in the measurement and monitoring of 1) end-user satisfaction/productivity and 2) internal IT service delivery performance/productivity to determine what changes are required in order to continuously drive better results at lower costs Create and develop technical design and support documentationREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information-Technology, System Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ITIL certification ITSM certification ServiceNow ITOM certification 5+ years of experience working with SaaS solutions 3+ years of experience in administration of ITSM tools Ability to take ownership and manage technical projects, including identification of project scope, requirements, deliverables, and coordination of project design and implementation activities Skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and the analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of complex information Outstanding communication skills as well as proficiency in interpreting results and formulating recommendations/action plans Expertise with creating & troubleshooting various workflows & integrations between SaaS solutions Knowledge on the ServiceNow core platform modules and applications (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Request. Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, etc.) Understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes Experience with Agile/SaFe/Lean methodology Ability to evaluate and manage existing workflows, while also architecting and implementing new workflows to solve the evolving needs across the organization Experience building transform maps to import external data sources and maintaining integrations Experience working on ServiceNow Automations and building custom Orchestration (Workflow) activities Experience with integrations (API) Experience with Service Mapping Experience coordinating with other ITSM process owners to ensure proper ITOM integrationsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
