Quorum Services is a full service consulting company serving a broad spectrum of industries including private owners and developers, municipal support and the outsourcing to government agencies while providing code administration, plans examination and inspection support. We currently have an opening in the Code Compliance Department for qualified FS 468 1&2 Family Dwelling Inspectors for residential projects. Part Time / Full Time As-Needed Opportunities are available.

Position Title: 1&2 Family Dwelling Inspector
Minimum Qualifications:
>A Florida (FS 468) standard inspector license is required.
Multi Trade Certification is a PLUS.
>No minimum college education required.
>Five to seven years of prior experience required in Inspections.
>Must present a list of 5 work related references
>Ability to read and interpret documents such as plans, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
>Valid Driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
>Must be Computer Literate and efficient in the use of typical office software programs such as Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
