Airbnb Cleaner - PAID WEEKLY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

This Position Requires A MINIMUM of three years of experience in high-standard and luxury Airbnb cleaning environments. This position deals with sometimes high-maintenance and demanding clients and is not for the inexperienced or weak/sensitive-hearted. We do not train and your skillsets determine your pay scale based upon reviews from clients and your outstanding work ethic. If you have experience working in housekeeping at upscale hotels or cruise ships, we welcome that skill set. Subcontractors are WELCOMED. This is a competitive industry and we expect our workers to perform excellent quality 100% of the time. Job description

We are 5-Star STR Cleaning Company that specializes in short-term rental

cleanings. Our team of cleaners all have 3+ years of hotel/Airbnb cleaning experience.

First, we do a property inventory checklist upon arrival to notify the property manager of

any issues such as smoking smell, extra dirty, damaged/missing items, etc. Then we

complete a cleaning crew checklist that is a deep cleanevery-time, from baseboards

to ceiling fans.

Lastly, we notify the property manager if the stock is running low for

bathroom/kitchen amenities and anything else you may offer the guests! We ensure

5-star reviews every-time.

Vacation Rental Cleaner (Airbnb Cleaner).

This position is a crucial part of our team in helping ensure our guests have a

memorable experience by doing whatever it takes to provide a clean, worry-free stay!

Responsibilities

● Complete “Property Inventory Checklist”

● Complete “Cleaning Crew Checklist”

● Complete inventory list for maid closet (notify property manager when stock is

running low)

● Document any missing or damaged items

● Communicate problems with property manager

● Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

● Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of

performance

● Must be okay with working independently

● Self-motivation and the ability to identify and

complete needed tasks without direct supervision

● Prioritization and time management skills

● Have the ability to work quickly without compromising quality

Skills

● Proven working experience as a cleaner

● Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

● Integrity

● High school degree

Qualifications:

● Cleaning experience of 3+ years

● Experience cleaning vacation rentals / hotels preferred

● 3 professional references

● Speak English

● Must have own transportation

● Must have cleaning supplies

● Have or willing to get “Business Liability Insurance”
