RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Administrator - Workday in Boca Raton, FL.Summary:Our web and mobile applications are transforming healthcare information technology to increase practice efficiency and improve patient outcomes. We offer end-to-end specialty-specific solutions from practice management, through EMR to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) that help our clients maximize their efficiencies. We are hiring an Administrator - Workday who will serve as an expert to internal departments who utilize the platform in everyday business tasks. In this role, the Senior Administrator will utilize their expertise with Workday to assist with translating requirements and technicalities associated with the platform, supporting internal customers, designing solutions for complex issues, and participating in projects.Responsibilities: Effectively collaborate with internal teams on user experience, business process, and operations, and deliver solutions to increase the operational efficiencies and adoption Evaluate complex requirements and communicate security and performance risks to technical stakeholders Manage support requests and escalated administrative needs by providing prompt solutions to technical challenges Configuration of new and existing features Serve as an escalation point to complex administrative and configuration issues Outline technical dependencies and invent creative scalable solutions Ensure data consistency across the ecosystem and keep up to date with Workday releases, new features, and best practicesREQUIREMENTS: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HRIS analyst supporting HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Performance and Dev, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and business process configuration 1+ years of experience implementing and configuring Workday for 500+ users 1 year of experience in Human Resources with strong knowledge of the functional areas of Human Resources 1 year of experience in reporting tools and techniques for HR-related data for large organizations, including the ability to understand business requirements and user needs and translate them into operational requirements HCM Module experience - Human Capital Management experience Must understand HR (i.e. the employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, etc.) Experience working in a mid-sized/large company Strong understanding of integration principles Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills Understanding of Agile concepts, utilizing Jira or similar issue tracking toolKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
