- Partner with business partners to determine solutions to identified problems
- Manage the relationship with all parties and ensure they follow the proper release process and best practices in the development lifecycle
- Interact with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish project strategic plans and objectives.
- Develop and implement project-level procedures and performance metrics
- Manage risks and issue tracking throughout the project.
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client, team and the operational aspects of the project
- Facilitate or co-leads with customer project manager regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders
