We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our major clients for a position of Instructional Designer, to work in either Washington, D.C. or Philadelphia, PA. The selected candidate will be in charge of developing and implementing learning strategies, curriculums, and training plans. The ideal applicant will be knowledgeable about Camtasia, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, collaboration tools, and survey tools. In addition, the candidate will be able to create, design, and facilitate technical system training, as well as story boards and instructional design e-learning modules, including interactive content, learning objects, knowledge checks, and assessments for each e-learning module. The applicant must have at least one of the following certificates: Prosci Certified, which includes Prosci Train-the-Trainer Certification. SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification.
