Proper documentation of production steps in batch records by following Good Documentation Practices. Complying with the quality system and regulatory agencies: FDA, DEA, ISO, OSHA, etc. Interaction with cross functional teams including Technical Operations, R&D, Planning, etc. Provides support for production of Atellica, Syva, OEM, DM, Vista, Advia Reagents, Calibrators, Controls. Orders and Manages supplies for multiple supporting departments that support Syva manufacturing Complies with shipping requirements for hazardous material. Maintains Inventory documents for PAB, Final Container, Syva manufacturing and Technical Operations. Drives, executes, and implements compliance initiatives with quality system and regulatory agencies: FDA, DEA, ISO, OSHA, etc. Independently performs full range of standard work for the professional field. Provided general guidance or train support and/or professional staff. Working independently and as part of a team. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the formulation area. Identifying problems as they occur and suggesting appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex. Drives, executes, and implements lean manufacturing efforts, process improvements, cost reduction efforts, and supply chain initiatives. BS with one year experience. Attention to details is a prerequisite for this job. Handles controlled substances within regulation Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Criminal background checks are required.
