Support Staff (hosts, server assistants, bussers, expos etc)

Japango is expanding to the Ft Collins area in Old Town and are seeking exceptional new team members. Priority will be given to candidates with significant flexibility and availability, but all experienced and eager candidates will be considered. Our support staff includes our hosts, expo, bussing, server assist and togo departments each position can be filled entirely separately or candidates can rotate between some or all positions. A strong ability to multitask as well as calm and clear communication under stress are essential. Applicants must possess: a great attitude, sense of urgency, reliability and impeccable attention to cleanliness.

In any given shift our team is responsible for: greeting guests, managing seating charts, reservations, wait-list organization, receiving and packaging carryout-out orders and/or fielding general phone calls, acting as an expo or maintaining the cleanliness of dining room and bar.
