Full-time / Direct-hire / PermanentDenver, CO - Onsite 5 days per week Downtown Denver - (Pre-Tax Parking Benefit!)Pay Range: $81,000-93,600 annually / $39-45 hourly (Actual pay within this range will depend on experience)We are partnered with a leading international law firm seeking an IT Specialist to join their growing team.You will assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop systems, including computers, peripherals & AV equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Isolate customer problems with hardware and/or software as first-line support and escalate as necessary
- Track hardware, software, telephone, mobile device and peripheral issues via ticketing system
- Install and configure desktop, laptop, and telephone equipment
- Install, troubleshoot and maintain new and existing PC peripheral equipment (printers, scanners and mobile devices)
- Provide on-site technical assistance, including computer setup and breakdown, office moves, and other technology equipment support as needed
- Participate in quality assurance of computer system builds and program deployment and updates
- Manage inventory databases to track information pertaining to hardware and software for onboarding & offboarding
- Setup and maintenance of conference room A/V equipment
- Meeting setup and support for video conferencing using web-based conferencing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity for internal and external customers
- Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of hardware and software with vendors
- Use End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM) application
- Prepare documents, charts, graphs and spreadsheets as needed
- Experience with legal applications such as iManage is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Office 365
- Proficiency with Windows OS's including Windows 10 and Windows Server
- 1+ year of experience in data management, such as collecting, organizing, protecting, and storing organizational data
- Proven ability to work independently, drawing on IT background to tackle technical issues
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficient networking architecture knowledge to include but not limited to TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
- Prior law firm experience is a huge plus
- Experience working in a smaller IT setting
