Residential Roof Inspector/salesperson for the Denver Metro area.
Our office is based in Aurora.
We have been in business over 30 years.
We supply you with all inspections by customers that have been highly referred to us.
We have built strong relationships with Real Estate Agents, Insurance Agents, Home Inspectors, Property Managers and Contractors.
We have performed over 50,000 inspections/estimates in the past 10 years without door knocking
Your job is to inspect the roof, enter your findings to your tablet and answer questions about your findings.
You will inspect 10-20 roofs per week in the winter and around 50 per week the rest of the year.
Our inspectors average $60,000-$95,000 per year
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO : door knock, sell the job, order materials, oversee crews, pull permits or collect completed jobs
WE OFFER FLEXIBLE COMPENSATION
1-Paid per inspection + salary+ commission + bonus-several combinations available
2-Part-time or Full time
OUR OFFICE HANDLES SELLING/CONTRACTION AND MOST COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS.
You will need a valid drivers license
Must be over 21 years old
Willing to pass a background check
Minimum of 2 years roof experience
Knowledge of residential roof products
