What's Next Counseling is hiring an Addiction Counselor Specialist or Licensed Addiction Counselor for Saturday DUI treatment groups. We have a Level II Education and Level II Therapy group that are telehealth. We offer contract pay and rate can be discussed further. What's Next Counseling is a drug and alcohol agency located in Broomfield, CO, that offers Level II Education and Therapy for DUI/DWAI's, relapse prevention courses, individual therapy, and drug and alcohol assessments. Our program guides individuals to answer whether they have a problem related to drugs or alcohol. Our goal is to help people make positive strides in their lives and choose to make decisions to live a healthy lifestyle. Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a counselor. The counselor will be responsible for providing individualized counseling sessions to clients, creating treatment plans, facilitating group counseling sessions, and completing group notes/documentation. The counselor will be located out of our Broomfield location but will have flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications:

Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) or Certified Addiction Counselor (CAS)

Experience in drug and alcohol counseling and addiction treatment

Ability to run DUI treatment groups

Experience in facilitating group counseling sessions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Compassion and empathy for clients
