Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Project Manager in Greenwood Village, Colorado (CO). Our client strives to connect their customers to superior communications and entertainment products with the highest quality service.Responsibilities include: Builds, leads, and maintains a high-performing self-organized Agile team Project Manager manages product feature deliveries through their entire SDLC Coaches the team, removes impediments, and builds team psychological safety Drives team and stakeholder common understanding on deliverables Project Manager engages in prioritization discussions with stakeholders on team backlog Establishes and maintains effective communications with key stakeholders Delivers on team commitments, managing scope, schedule, and quality Project Manager improves, documents team processes, and/or updates deliverables status Identifies gaps, issues, risks, missing details in requirements, and deliverables Translates technical concepts to non-technical peopleREQUIREMENTS: 7+ years of experience in a related role Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, GitLab, Excel, and/or Word Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
