NOW HIRINGMaintenance TechnicianLouisville, CO27.75 - $34.30Temp to hire opportunityKelly Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation, maintenance, and modification of customer's state-of-the-art lentiviral vector development and manufacturing facility in Louisville, Colorado.Primary responsibilities for this position include the performance of general, preventative (planned), and corrective (unplanned) maintenance activities in support routine facility operations. These activities include site cleanup/organization, surface maintenance of building infrastructure including painting, door repair, general construction, furniture repair, maintenance of plant utilities and building systems, and other general maintenance tasks in GMP and non-GMP environments, as requested by management.The Maintenance Technician must be able to work independently under minimal supervision and assist Senior Facilities Technicians in the repair, maintenance, and operation of complex utility and building equipment supporting a variety of manufacturing operations. This is a full-time on-site position with additional on-call responsibilities as required.CORE ACCOUNTABILITIESSpecific responsibilities include: Maintain site and premises in a clean, organized, and orderly manner.Conduct rounds in GMP and non-GMP areas of the facility.Participate in multi-craft work activities including painting, wall repair, and other surface modifications, as requested.Operates a variety of power, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical tools, and equipment.Assist Senior Facilities Technicians with troubleshooting and corrective/preventative maintenance of complex facilities systems/equipment including motors, pumps, compressors, boilers, chillers, and domestic and high-purity water systems.Adapts work priorities and executes maintenance activities to address dynamic business needs and operational challenges.Read and interpret detailed P&ID's, equipment schematics, and engineering drawings.Legibly and accurately document work performed in Umoja’s CMMS system in accordance with cGMP requirements.Please reach out to Samantha directly 775-276-3251 call/textSend resumes to SamL716@kellyservices.com
