This includes complete design and Construction Phase Administration & Documentation, Renovation & Concept Design, Feasibility Cost Statements, On-Site Investigations, Long-Range Planning, and Design Workshops. - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent education/job experience
- 2-10 years' experience preferably in commercial design of Hospitality, Senior Living, Education, or Healthcare projects
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite (Revit Required)
- NCIDQ certified or working towards certification
- Designing and managing complex commercial projects is a plus
- Design documentation using Revit software for all phases of design
- Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection & specifications using Spexx software
- Submittal and shop drawing review
- Technical proficiency and a strong design sense and creativity
- Ability to work with limited oversight, while juggling multiple projects & tasks
- Strong team collaboration and ability to mentor junior staff
- Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills
- Strong desire to continue to grow in their own professional development
