Front Office Coordinator For Busy Sleep Apnea Practice

Great opportunity to join our small, upbeat team immediately! Refresh Snoring and Sleep Apnea Center is a busy private practice that provides the dental treatment of sleep apnea. This is a unique practice that has links to both the dental and medical field. Looking for help with the day-to-day front office duties as well as miscellaneous operational activities. The hours are flexible and can be part time or full time as needed. Ideal candidate is someone who is easygoing, friendly and flexible with proper/professional phone manners.

What we need: Help checking patients in and out, scanning patient documents, answering phones, verifying eligibility for specific services, frequencies and updating patient insurance accounts. Managing the schedule and coordinating data collection from referring providers offices. There are also inventory management, advertising and outreach activities as well. This is a very versatile role. Next-gen EHR experience is a plus, but not required. We are interested both in experienced staff or those who are new to the field; what you don't know we will help you learn through mentorship and training. Promptness, attention to detail, and organizational skills are a must. If you have a positive attitude, some computer knowledge, and can readily apply what you learn, we want to hear from you.

The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM - 4 PM in Castle Rock and a few Fridays a month at our Denver location. There is flexibility as needed for childcare and family responsibilities.
