Field Sales Representative/Account manager

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

- Conduct in-depth research on potential clients and industries to understand their business challenges and needs.

- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to present our products/services and build strong relationships.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that address clients' specific requirements.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.

- Provide ongoing support to clients and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in field sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
