With a dedicated commitment to problem-solving and an unwavering passion for client satisfaction, we are on the lookout for a talented Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As an Electrical Estimator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling pre construction screening processes, project take-offs, quotes, job costing analysis, and seamless handovers from precon to our construction Project Managers. Your role involves accurately estimating the electrical scope of projects, sending out quotes for lighting, gear, and other essentials, compiling this information into a polished bid, and obtaining valuable project feedback. We're seeking an individual with keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a flair for collaboration. While experience in electrical estimating is preferred, we're open to training the right applicant. Electricians looking to make the move, please inquire about the position.

Key Responsibilities:

Skillfully screen incoming ITBs to identify projects aligning with our expertise.

Prepare precise and timely cost estimates for electrical projects based on specifications, drawings, and requirements.

Collaborate with vendors, General Contractors, and internal teams to gather essential information for project bids.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Work closely with project managers to facilitate effective communication and smooth project handovers.

Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and proactively offer solutions

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering OR relevant field experience (preferred, but not required for the right candidate)

Maintain an organized filing system for the company.

Proven experience in electrical estimating or job coordination within the construction industry (1+ year preferred)

Proficiency in estimating software, Excel spreadsheets, and technical writing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
