We have 14 people now, have been in business for 12 years, and are growing.Our areas of expertise include: land planning and engineering; water distribution and wastewater collection system design; site/civil design; roadway design; low impact development; environmental compliance and permitting; and construction administration and management. - PROJECTS: single and multi-family residential, large-scale mixed-use development projects and commercial/retail - Engineering tasks include grading/drainage analysis & design, water distribution/wastewater collection system design/technical report preparation

Job DetailsREQUIREMENTS:

• 1-4 years of civil engineering experience, EIT
• AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency; A plus for proficiency in StormCAD, WaterCAD, and CUHP SWMM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design for residential & commercial land development projects including single & multi-family residential, large-scale mixed-use development projects, & commercial/retail
• Engineering assignments include grading & drainage analysis & design, water distribution & wastewater collection system design, & technical report preparation
