Location: Must reside in Colorado at time of hire - Office in Aurora, COSchedule: 20% in the office, 80% remoteType: Full-time, Direct-hire (Permanent)Salary Range: $68,000.00 to $88,000.00 annually (Actual pay within this range will depend on experience)Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the vision and support the mission of a growing company? We want to hear from you!We are partnered with a nonprofit CO-based healthcare organization seeking a Business Analyst II to join their growing team. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements, designing customer solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of information systems.This role is remote but requires living in Colorado State. Onsite will be required at least once per quarter, and occasionally more frequently as needed.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, gather data, and brainstorm ideas to document requirements and design customer solutions
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence Analysts to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
- Coordinate quality assurance testing, develop end-user training materials, and maintain online documentation
- Participate in quality initiatives and support department communication strategy
- Perform project management activities, promote quality, and meet schedules and deadlines
- Provide application support, troubleshoot problems, and escalate as necessary
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in a related field
- 4+ years of work experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance analysis, or related, including 1+ year in an analytical role
- Experience with SQL and writing SQL inquiries is a must
- QA / Quality Assurance experience (Basic test cases, communicating results effectively) is a must
- Able to work at different levels (global level, detailed, etc.)
- Ability to identify patterns and translate abstract ideas into concrete solutions
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint), graphics and project management tools
- Understanding of Agile processes
- Healthcare or Insurance industry experience is a HUGE plus
- Familiarity with ITSM solutions, especially Jira a plus
- Familiarity with KingswaySoft a plus
- Familiarity with CASE tools such as Visio a plus
