Colorado Farm Bureau has a great opportunity for the right candidate!
- Oversee the development, planning, and management of the Federation’s membership initiatives, processes, and membership care
- Manage all aspects pertaining to the membership database and user experience, including billing, reporting, development and insurance integration
- Coordinate events, insurance agency support, and various membership initiatives in collaboration with the Membership and Leadership Development team
- Oversee metric reports and other county farm bureau services
- Manage the Membership Services Specialist
Position Requirements
- Associate Degree in Business Management or related area
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Suite, Google Web applications
- 2+ years previous management experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including occasional long days and weekends
- Travel up to 10% of the time weekdays and weekends as needed
- Must maintain a clean driving record and Colorado license
