Assembly Associate II

Job Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently produce products meeting expectations for quality.

Uses standard assembly tools and related functions efficiently. This includes but is not limited to bench work, mechanical hand tools, drilling, hand tapping, pneumatic impact, etc.

Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and execute work instructions.

Exhibits focusing on producing quality material.

Maintaining shop area in a safe, clean, orderly, and efficient condition.

Ability to work in a team environment, which includes communicating effectively with team members and support staff.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills:

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience performing diverse Assembly duties in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to lift 45 lbs.

Capable of Standing for the majority of an 8-hour shift

One year of experience in a mechanical assembly role preferred.

The ability to consistently work safely in a factory environment.

Enjoys working with their hands.

Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal professional growth.

Positive Attitude

Reliability and dependability. You will begin work on time and maintain an acceptable attendance record.

The ability to read, write, and speak English.

Starting Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour.
