Visual (Vx) Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Visual (Vx) Designer in San Diego, California (CA).Responsibilities include: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to gather and understand business and feature requirements Know target users: develop or work from user profiles and conduct task analysis, build user scenarios, help to craft, and analyze user surveys and feedback Visual (Vx) Designer will develop process flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mock-ups, detailed UI, visual design specifications for web and mobile Present design work to the product team, engineering team, external partners for review and feedback Visual (Vx) Designer will partner with highly technical development teams for product launch Develops key performance indicators, reviews and analyses results, makes recommendations for design enhancements, and improvements Provides input to overall technical strategy and technical architecture of assigned projects with a particular focus on design and usability issues Participating in project teams and taking part in successful, on schedule deliverables Creating project deliverables with feedback and guidance in a timely fashion Visual (Vx) Designer is taking part in presenting and articulating creative solutions to internal teams and clients Being a part of internal initiatives that improve processes and operationREQUIREMENTS: Graphic design, digital design, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, and/or Adobe Suite Researches and maintains knowledge of current design practices, staying abreast of new technologies and trends in the online design community Ability to handle projects in an agile and fluid environment Applies conceptual strategy, actively participates in brainstorming sessions, and manages projects to completionKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
